Benefits

1. When used in PE films, it can significantly improve film opening and slip performance, reduce blocking issues during production, and greatly lower the dynamic and static friction coefficient of the film surface. It enhances surface slip, facilitating high-speed production and subsequent processing.

2. It effectively prevents film blocking, enabling clear separation between film layers, improving packaging efficiency and product appearance quality.
3. FSE 0818E slip & anti-blocking masterbatch has good processing lubricity, which can improve processing efficiency and enhance processing performance during production.

Typical applications

FSE 0818E Slip and Anti-Blocking Masterbatch is recommended for Polyethylene blown film lines and Cast film production systems.

How to use

For optimal slip and anti-blocking performance, it is typically incorporated into the outer layer (surface layer) of the film. Recommended addition level: 0.5% – 4%

Transportation & Storage

This product could be transported as non-hazardous chemical. It is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool area with a storage temperature below 50 ° C to avoid agglomeration. The package must be well sealed after each use to prevent the product from being affected by moisture.

Package & Shelf life

The standard packaging is a craft paper bag with PE inner bag with net weight of 25kg. Original characteristics remain intact for months from the production date if kept in recommend storage.
