1. When used in polyethylene films, FC 5364 slip and anti-blocking additive can significantly improve film opening and slip performance, prevent film sticking during production, greatly reduce the dynamic and static coefficient of friction on the film surface, and has no effect on transparency.
2. It has no adverse effect on subsequent processing, such as printing, lamination, and heat sealing.
3. The slip agent component contains silicone chain segments, giving the product good processing lubricity, which can improve processing efficiency and enhance processing performance during production.
FC 5364 Slip and Anti-Blocking Masterbatch is especially suitable for polyethylene (PE) blown film and cast film applications.
For optimal slip and anti-blocking performance, it is recommended to add FC 5364 into the surface layer of the film structure. Recommended dosage: 1%–6%.
Processing Note: Due to the strong processing lubricity of the silicone-containing formulation, the product may initially help clean residual material from equipment dead zones during start-up, which can temporarily increase gel or crystal point appearance in film production. This phenomenon typically stabilizes during continuous processing without affecting final film performance.
This product could be transported as non-hazardous chemical. It is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool area with a storage temperature below 50°C to avoid agglomeration. The package must be well sealed after each use to prevent the product from being affected by moisture.
The standard packaging is a craft paper bag with PE inner bag with net weight of 25kg. Original characteristics remain intact for 12 months from the production date if kept in recommend storage.
