Description
SILIMER-5080 is a fluorinated processing agent for extrusion of polypropylene material with PE as the carrier launched by our company. It combines modified silicone wax with fluoropolymer to take advantage of the excellent initial lubrication effect of silicone wax and the extremely low surface energy of fluoropolymer to work on metal screws. A small amount of dosage can effectively improve the fluidity and processability, reduce die drool during the extrusion and improve the phenomenon of shark skin, widely used to improve the lubrication and surface characteristics of plastic extrusion.

Application advantages

How to use
Mix SILIMER-5080 with compatible resin and extrude directly after being mixed in proportion.
Dosage
1-5%.
Transportation & Storage
This product could be transported as non-hazardous chemical. It is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool area with a storage temperature below 50 ° C to avoid agglomeration. The package must be well sealed after each use to prevent the product from being affected by moisture.
Package & Shelf life
The standard packaging is a craft paper bag with PE inner bag with net weight of 25kg. Original characteristics remain intact for 24 months from the production date if kept in recommend storage.
