Description

SILIKE Super slip Anti-blocking masterbatch SF series is specially developed for Plastic film products . Using specially modified silicone polymer as the active ingredient, it overcomes the key defects of general slip agents, including the continuous precipitation of the smooth agent from the surface of the film, the smooth performance decreasing with time-going by and the rise of temperature with unpleasant odors etc. SF Masterbatch is suitable for TPU, EVA blow, casting film. The processing performance is the same as the substrate, no need to change the processing conditions. It is widely used in the production of TPU, EVA blowing film, casting film and extrusion coating.

How to use

Recommend addition is generally 6 ~ 10%, and could make appropriate adjustments according to the product characteristics of raw materials and the thickness of the production of the film. SF Masterbatch is directly added to the substrate particles, mixed evenly and then added to the extruder.

2. SF Masterbatch can be used with little or no anti-blocking agent.

3. For better result , pre-drying is recommended
