Description
SILIKE Super slip Anti-blocking masterbatch SF series is specially developed for Plastic film products . Using specially modified silicone polymer as the active ingredient, it overcomes the key defects of general slip agents, including the continuous precipitation of the smooth agent from the surface of the film, the smooth performance decreasing with time-going by and the rise of temperature with unpleasant odors etc. SF Masterbatch is suitable for TPU, EVA blow, casting film. The processing performance is the same as the substrate, no need to change the processing conditions. It is widely used in the production of TPU, EVA blowing film, casting film and extrusion coating.

Benefits
1. By adding SF products in the production of TPU and EVA films, it can effectively reduce the coefficient of dynamic and static friction, improve the processing performance (high fluidity, low energy consumption, elimination of bubbles, etc.), have multiple functions such as smooth, open, anti-adhesion .
2. With specially modified silicone polymer as the active ingredient, there is no precipitation, no stickiness at high temperature, good stability and non-migration.
3. Improving the adhesion resistance of the film on the high-speed packing line, without affecting the processing, printing and heat sealing properties of the film.
4. SF Masterbatch is easy to disperse in the resin matrix, and could effectively improve the film quality.
How to use
1. SF Masterbatch is suitable for blow molding, casting molding. The processing performance is the same as the substrate, no need to change the processing conditions. Recommend addition is generally 6 ~ 10%, and could make appropriate adjustments according to the product characteristics of raw materials and the thickness of the production of the film. SF Masterbatch is directly added to the substrate particles, mixed evenly and then added to the extruder.
2. SF Masterbatch can be used with little or no anti-blocking agent.
3. For better result , pre-drying is recommended
