Description
Anti-wear agent NM-1Y is a pelletized formulation contain 40% active ingredient dispersed in styrene-butadiene block copolymer ( SBS ) . It’s particularly developed for TPR/TR compounds, helps to improving the final items abrasion resistance and decrease the abrasion value in the thermoplastics .

How to use
Addition levels between 0.5~5.0% are suggested . It can be used in classical melt blending process like Single /Twin screw extruders, injection molding. A physical blend with virgin polymer pellets is recommended .
